Install your Reform saddle. Connect the saddle to the proprietary heating unit. Straddle your bike. Set a timer according to the training instructions provided, switch on the air conditioner and pedal for the recommended 3 to 5 minutes while the saddle warms up. Once the saddle has warmed up, switch off the air-conditioning unit and continue pedaling for a further 5 minutes while the saddle cools down. You’re done! Enjoy your personalized molded saddle.
