The Mini Bit Relief Click is a pocket-sized device that relieves the discomfort and itching of insect bites. 5 to 10 clicks on the area of the bite localize the venom and inhibit the release of histamine responsible for itching. This neutralizes the toxicity of the mosquito bite without any harmful effect on the surrounding skin, reducing inflammation and swelling. The clicking action produces a pulsating current, generated by a naturally occurring quartz crystal. The charge is obtained by the expansion and contraction of a piezoelectric crystal, generating a low-amperage electrical discharge of around 13 kV.
