The Fox 38 fork is the body-built version of its little sister Fox 36, the benchmark model in Enduro, but optimized for 160 to 180 mm travel.The forks feature a number of innovations: bleeders to balance the fork’s internal and external pressures, air/oil ramps for better air pressure management, optimized lubrication of the upper seals, a new hoop for even greater rigidity, and a floating axle system to ensure perfect alignment between fork and hub. The tee-pivot-plunger assembly has also been optimized by the brand, with the fork featuring an oblong tapered pivot with a differentiated internal diameter, a tee whose diameter has been increased to 58 mm, and 38 mm plungers. It offers excellent sensitivity over small bumps, whatever the rider and whatever the pressure setting.Similar to our Float shocks, the new Float system features self-balancing negative and positive chambers.
